At Fajas Moda Fashion, for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of shapewear, compression garments, and intimate apparel are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to size, fit, personal preference, or change of mind.
We recommend carefully reviewing the size, description, and product features before making your purchase.
SHIPPED ORDERS
Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you must contact Fajas Moda Fashion within 24 hours of the delivery time indicated by the carrier’s tracking information.
To evaluate the issue, we may request photographs of the item, its tags, and the packaging. The garment must remain unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, alterations, or signs of use, and must have its original tags attached
